Free UK Delivery

We offer Free delivery to all UK post code destinations for orders that are over £30.00 in value excluding carriage, have a maximum weight of 1 Kg and are not greater than 35 x 45 x 16 cm in size.

If the total weight or size of your order does not qualify for free delivery the option will not be offered at checkout.

Qualifying orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 service to maximise the advantage we can pass on to our customers in the form of Free Delivery value.


Delivery Information

The advantageous rates we have negotiated with our carriers are passed to our customers in the form of minimal delivery charges. 

Our software has been created to automatically calculate the cost of delivery to an individual post code or country destination, reflecting the total weight and dimensions of the consignment using the delivery method appropriate to the destination and the achievement of our delivery aim. Delivery charges are displayed in shopping cart on completion of your order entry.

Delivery charges are therefore unique to the order, its destination and ensure that you will always pay the lowest rate possible for a reliable delivery to any destinations. 

Delivery Aims:

UK Destinations

The next working day following the day of dispatch with the exception of orders that qualify for free delivery which are 2 – 3 working days following the day of dispatch.

International:

EU destinations 3 – 5 days.

Rest of the World destinations 6 – 7 days.

All delivery aims are in working days Monday to Friday and exclude the day of dispatch and public holidays.

Transaction responsibility

UK deliveries

Our responsibility for the goods will cease with the first attempt made by our agent to deliver. Any damage to the goods due to failure to accept delivery at this time will be the customer’s responsibility.

Overseas Deliveries

Responsibility will pass to the customer on acceptance by our delivery agent of the order. Duty payable, customs clearance or handling charges applied on entry to the customers country of residence are the responsibility of the customer.

Purchase Tax (VAT)

All delivery charges to UK destinations are Zero rated, deliveries via USP are subject VAT at current rates. International delivery to all Royal Mail Deliveries to Royal Mail Zones Europe, 1, 2 and 3 are Zero rated.

UK Deliveries:

Royal Mail Large Letter first class – 35 x 25 x 2.5 cm maximum package size.

Deliveries to all postal code areas

Package weight 0 – 2 kg.

Royal Mail First Class – Small Parcel – 35 x 45 x 16 cm maximum package size

Deliveries to all postal code areas

Package weight 2.1 kg and above.

UPS standard delivery – 90 x 90 x 90 cm maximum package size.

Deliveries to all UK post code areas except GY and JE.

Orders for same day dispatch via UPS must be placed by 11.00 am on the requested dispatch day.

Royal Mail First Class – Medium Parcel – 46 x 61 x 46 cm maximum package size.

Deliveries to UK post code areas GY and JE only.

International Deliveries:

Package weight 750 gram.

Royal Mail Large Letter International Standard Service – 35 x 25 x 2.5 cm maximum package size.

Deliveries to Postal Zones EU:  Zones 1. 2 and 3.

Package weight from 0 gram.

Royal Mail International Standard Service – 46 x 61 x 46 cm maximum package size. 

Postal Zones EU: Zones 1. 2 and 3

International delivery costs for weights above 2 kg are subject to quotation at time of order.

Sales (VAT)

All UK delivery charges are subject VAT at current rates. International deliver charges are not subject to VAT.

Import Duty and handling charges

Your order might be subject to customs duty and handling charges at point of entry to your country of residence such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

COVID 19

As at January 2021 restricted access to our local sorting office remain which may cause a slight delay to the dispatch of your order.

UPS continue to collect daily.
